Dear Clients and Friends:
As CEO of Everest Group, outsourcing has been my passion for the past 14 years. During that time, Everest has continually sought to broaden awareness and increase the value of outsourcing as a strategic management practice. In doing so, we became aware that while there was research available on the outsourcing market, there was no authoritative and fact-based source of actionable insights that directly enabled business decisions.
The Everest Group has been repeatedly asked by our consulting clients to conduct primary research on important outsourcing issues that were not being addressed by current market research. Given our clients positive feedback, I realized that Everest was well positioned to create a comprehensive solution that would benefit the entire community. And so, with the support of others in the outsourcing community, some of who are on our Board, we created the Everest Research Institute.
We designed the Institute to provide the highest caliber of research services, and serve the global outsourcing community as its central source of strategic intelligence, analysis, and actionable insight. Our differentiators include unlimited direct access to the best research analysts in the industry; a powerful research engine; and unmatched outsourcing knowledge, experience and transaction data.
We are guided by a distinguished Board of Advisors, who represent the best and the brightest in the outsourcing industry. I feel very privileged to have their enthusiasm and active participation in directing this vital service for the industry. I also wish to acknowledge the Institute's professional team, whose work, outsourcing credentials and experience are unparalleled.
