Nikhil Rajpal

Principal

nrajpal@everestgrp.com

Nikhil heads the Global Services practice of Everest Group. In this capacity, Nikhil leads a team of analysts in developing leading-edge thinking on market trends and best practices in global sourcing. In addition, he plays a leadership role for the Everest Research Institute in the Indian market.

Nikhil has spent over seven years as a strategic advisor to Industry leaders on global sourcing issues. He has worked with both buyers and providers of offshore services and is recognized as an industry expert on captive sourcing and location strategy issues. Nikhil has extensive experience of working across Asia, Europe and North America and has advised several governments on their BPO programs.

Before taking a full-time role with the Research Institute, Nikhil served as an Engagement Director within the consulting arm of Everest Group. In this role, he successfully led Fortune 100 clients through complex sourcing lifecycle initiatives including strategy development, business case creation, supplier selection, and negotiation of contract terms. Prior to that, Nikhil was with the Chicago office of McKinsey & Co where he advised clients on issues of business building and operations strategy.

Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering and a MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
