Rajesh Ranjan, Research Director, is leading HR Outsourcing (“HRO”) research from India for the Institute. He utilizes his strong business analysis background, outsourcing, and international research experience to create deep insights into outsourcing trends, implications and industry best practices. In his current role, Rajesh drives the research agenda for syndicated research reports and supports associated buyer and supplier relationships in the industry. He has played a key role in creating syndicated research reports in areas like geographic adoption trends in HRO, HRO benchmarks, and HRO annual report.

Prior to joining Everest Research Institute, Rajesh worked as a Business Analyst with Wipro Technologies, performing business analysis for Fortune 500 clients in the retail and distribution space, business research & various sales support activities for the global market. He has also worked with Infosys Technologies as a software engineer. He holds an MBA from the XLRI (Xavier Labor Research Institute) Jamshedur, and Bachelor of Technology from ISM (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad.
