Katrina Menzigian, Vice President, Research Relations, is responsible for offering Everest’s point of view on critical developments within the global services industry to strengthen and expand dialogue within the marketplace. In this role, she engages with key supplier and enterprise executives, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure enduring collaborative relationships between Everest and these organizations for the benefit of the evolving outsourcing and offshoring industries at large.

Menzigian is a frequent participant and presenter at industry forums and contributes to research on an ongoing basis. She brings over 15 years of experience in conducting market research, developing competitive intelligence, and advising service suppliers and buyers on a wide range of outsourcing, offshoring, and BPO issues to her role.

Menzigian’s past roles include VP, BPO Research, at both Everest Group and IDC. In both of these roles, she led the BPO research portfolio and the analyst teams developing and presenting cutting-edge research on key BPO issues across markets such as FAO, HRO, PO, and CRM. Her clients included senior leadership at both service providers and the buyers of BPO services. Menzigian’s background also includes research and consulting roles at GLOBALnet, American University of Armenia, and the Edward R. Murrow Center for International Communications. She holds an MA of International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a double BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
