Peter built on his 20-year commitment to the outsourcing industry and its transformation by establishing the Everest Research Institute in 2005. The Institute facilitates senior management decision-making by providing critical, actionable analyses and insights for buyers, suppliers and investors, including insight into past, current and future market trends. Peter founded Everest Group in 1991 and built it into a trusted partner in guiding senior managers through complex outsourcing and business transformation initiatives.

Peter is the author of Turning Lead Into Gold, and was recognized with the Outsourcing World Achievement Award in 2001. Peter is a frequent speaker at business and industry conferences, and authors articles for publications, including Forbes special pullout sections. Previous experience includes senior management positions with EDS and Ernst & Young. Peter holds an MBA and a BBA from Baylor University and serves as Honorable Advisor to the Strategic Outsourcing Council of Japan.
